Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Consulting Services Agreement between Rely Information Systems, LLC and Williamson County for DBA patch and upgrade assistance and general Oracle DBA support and maintenance of Williamson County Oracle applications in the not-to-exceed- amount of $82,000.00, exempting the services to be provided under the agreement from the competitive bidding proposal requirements are per the County Purchasing Act, pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal services, as set forth under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024.(a)(4), and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Rely Information Systems, LLC will provide consulting services, as requested, for general DBA patch and upgrade assistance for the term of November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2020.
