Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement for Research Advisory Services with Gartner, Inc. in the amount of $90,965 per DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-4099 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Gartner is a research and advisory service that will provide Technology Services with expert assistance, consultations, best practices, peer advice, and research into technologies to help the County navigate the changing needs generated by COVID19 and beyond. This service will be funded by the CARES Act funds already allocated for technology. If it is to be continued in future years, it will need to be considered during the annual budget process.
