Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Landscape Maintenance Services Contract 1807-251, renewal period 1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Red & White Greenery, Inc. for the term of October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021, and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
This is the first renewal for this contract. The Facilities Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report stating vendor met all county requirements and recommends renewal. This expenditure is in the FY21 budget and will be charged to 01.0100.0509.004810 along with various funding sources from other departments such as 01.0200.0210.003541, 0507-0507-004545 and 01.0545.0545.004810.The department point of contact is Shantil Moore.
