Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Voluntary Termination Notice and Agreement relating to a License Agreement between Williamson County and Lone Star Justice Alliance, which was dated effective July 1, 2019, regarding Lone Star Justice Alliance's use of Williamson County's property at 303 and 305 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Georgetown, Texas.
Background
As of October 1, 2020, Lone Star Justice Alliance will no longer serve as the Program Manager of the Young Adult/Emerging Adult Grant Program and no longer will need to use the space located at 303 and 305 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Georgetown, Texas. This termination notice/agreement is being mutually agreed to in order to formally terminate the license agreement.
