Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals for RFP #T1620 and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Williamson County Facilities – Automatic Door Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Services, and request that information related to competition be excepted pursuant to Texas Government Code 552.104 and Authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive proposals under the new RFP #T1993.

Williamson County received 1 incomplete proposal for RFP #T1620. It is the recommendation of the Evaluation Team that we reject this proposal due to incompleteness and to obtain a greater number of proposals that would serve in the best interest of the County. An exemption is requested Pursuant to Government Code Sec. 552.104. EXCEPTION: INFORMATION RELATED TO COMPETITION OR BIDDING.
