Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter Expansion Project (P435); Vaughn Construction Change Order #21 in the amount of <$133,780.00.> (CREDIT). This change order results in an overall credit to the project.
Background
This change order is to provide Project Funds Give Back for the Animal Shelter Project. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Department Director, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction project pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
