Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the FY 2021 Williamson County Resolution for the Indigent Defense Grant Program.
Background
Funding period is October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Approval of this resolution by Commissioners Court is required for eligibility. The County has participated in this grant for many years. The signed resolution for the Texas Indigent Defense Commission is due by November 15, 2020.
