Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Master Services Agreement with ThyssenKrupp in the not-to-exceed amount of $69,282.47 for maintenance services and $11,246 for inspection services per the Omnia Contract #R150801, and authorizing execution of all associated documents.
Background
This Master Services Agreement covers 27 elevators in County buildings. Department contact is Christi Stromberg. The funding will come from Maintenance Services 01.0100.0509.004500 approved in the FY21 budget.
