Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. to provide and integrate new AV equipment into all Williamson County Courtrooms and 1st Floor South IDF in the amount of $69,014.79 per the terms of TIPS Contract #171001 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

This agreement will provide and integrate new AV equipment and existing AV equipment into all the Williamson County Courtrooms and South IDF located at 405 Martin Luther King Georgetown,TX 78626. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding Source is Cares Funding 418P.
