Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2020 donation dollars for Veteran Services.
Background
Veteran Services received donations throughout the 2020 fiscal year. At the end of Fiscal Year 2020, $1,855.38 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2020 donation dollars to be spent in 2021.
