Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for vehicle insurance for multiple county departments.
Background
Each year HR provides departments with an estimate for vehicle insurance. Due to an increase in rates and surplus vehicles (no auction was held due to COVID), many vehicle insurance lines were insufficient. This transfer will move around remaining monies within the departments as well as use monies from Non-Departmental to fund the balance.
