Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the CR 366 contract between Williamson County and Garver, LLC relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P296. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Garver contract amendment #3 amends the Exhibit D Rate Schedule according to the CPI Rate Adjustment language shown in the master contract. It also adds two new rate categories for the sub HVJ for field investigations and borings as they ran into rock sooner than anticipated (a mudstone material that needs to be drilled through to reach the required 80-feet depth).
