Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract 1604-070, renewal option period 2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for Employee Assistance Services covering the term of January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021, with Deer Oaks EAP Services.
Background
Deer Oaks EAP Services is the provider of Employee Assistance Services for Williamson County employees. The Director of Benefits, Shelley Loughrey, is the department point of contact. The funding source in the FY21 budget is under Employee Assistance Program, 01.0885.0885.003600.
