Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the change order to Justice Center Furniture upgrade by Sauders Manufacturing Co., as per PO #176064 in the new amount of $41,281.47 (previous PO amount $41,298), pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #584-19 and authorizing the execution of all associated documents.

Background

The PO was initially issued for a higher amount and no signature was required at that time. This change order reduces the total to $41,298 to $41,281.47 and the change order and associated documents now require signatures. Funding Source: 01.0100.1009.004509. Department Contact: Jack Combs.
