Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Merchant Processing Agreement between Williamson County and Worldpay Integrated Payments, LLC to provide processing of credit card payments for the Parks Department and authorizing execution of the application.
Background
The Parks Department currently processes credit card payments for online facility rentals (Galaxy Software) and onsite for the Splashpad. The Worldpay agreement was previously approved by Commissioners’ Court on 7.30.2019, item number 19. This new agreement with Schedule A adds the River Ranch and Berry Springs locations. Benita Bonner is the Parks Point of Contact.
