Background
PEC has existing facilities in conflict with the CR 200 Reconstruction Project. The Standard Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total of $464,870.76. PEC is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to PEC by the County is $464,870.76 (100% of $464,870.76).
