Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve Second Amendment to Administrative Services Agreement with WebTPA Employer Services, LLC in order to support county's indigent health program operations and exempting services through August 31, 2021 from competitive bidding or proposal requirements pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code Chapter 262.2 ("public health or safety").
Background
The County took back management of the Indigent Health Program and this agreement as of March 1, 2020. The contract was set to expire in December 2020. The Plan year for Indigent Health is actually September through August. Extending the existing agreement allows for the proper time and implementation of an RFP.
