Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement between Milam County and Williamson County for the sale of surplus equipment to include one (1) track loader, three (3) dump trucks, one (1) batwing shredder and one (1) belly dump trailer in accordance with Tx. Local Gov't Code 263.152.(a)(1).

Background

Williamson County is willing to provide the following surplus equipment to Milam County at a fair rate not to exceed $108,545.17 (total).

2004 CPS SBD-240 BELLY DUMP TRAILER

Sale condition of equipment is "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind. Fair Market Valuation (attached) was performed by Kevin Teller, Director of Fleet Services. All equipment had previously been approved by Commissioners Court for Auction.
