Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the revised preliminary plat for the Estates at Northgate subdivision – Precinct 2.
Background
This is a revision to the preliminary plat of the Estates at Northgate subdivision that was previously approved on February 21, 2017. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway connections and lot layout within the development. This revision is a decrease in the linear feet of public roads from 16,371 LF to 15,830 LF and decrease in the lot count from 172 to 163.
