Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Professional Services Agreement between Williamson County and K&W Engineering Solutions, LLC to provide Design and Engineering Services for the Williamson County Cities Health District Lobby and Janitor Remodel (P535) in the amount of $2,100.00 to expire on 05/04/2022.
Background
This agreement is to provide electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineering for a remodel in existing building to renovate existing reception areas on the ground floor and create a new Janitor’s Closet on the upper floor. This project will be funded under P535.
