Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Asphalt Emulsions contract #T2725, renewal option period 1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. for the term of 2.4.21 – 2.3.22.
