This Change Order adds a pay item to compensate the Contractor, James Construction Group, to remove additional structures in the right of way (ROW) along CR 110, north of the project. The original plans called for the removal of the existing house located in the right of way at 4356 CR 110, Round Rock. After the plans were finalized, the ROW agreement between the County and the property owner was completed and the agreement called for the removal of all structures adjacent to the house. This included a barn and other small structures.
