Discuss consider and take appropriate action on approving the services agreement between Williamson County and Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. to provide renovations to Williamson County Regional Park and Champion Park restrooms in the not-to-exceed amount of $146,272.27 per the terms of BuyBoard Contract #558-18 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.

This agreement is to provide the renovation of the bathroom urinals, mirrors, floors, faucets and the installation of new Restroom Appliances, Toilet Paper Dispensers, Sanitary Napkin receptacles, and Soap Dispensers at the Williamson County Regional Park and Champion Park restrooms. Point of contacts are Russell Fishbeck, Michael Young, and Keith Greer. This project will be funded in the amount of $124,000.00 out of P556 and P557, the remaining balance of $22,272.27 will come out of 01.0100.0510.004509.
