Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Bagdad Road North contract between Williamson County and Binkley & Barfield, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P343. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
BBI contract amendment #1 increases the compensation cap by $200,000.00 from $3,000,000.00 to $3,200,000.00. The additional money will cover a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) on this project that was not anticipated as well as allow for the execution of Work Authorization #3 for PS&E of the entire project as well as a future Work Authorization for construction phase services.
