Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County River Ranch County Park Ph. 1 Project (P315); Prime Construction Deductive Change Order #11 in the amount of ($15,009.98) This change order is a deductive change for a credit for utilities. There is also an extension request for 7 weather days.
Background
This change order is to credit the County for utilities. There is a time extension due to weather of 7 days. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Senior Director of Facilities, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction contract pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
