The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee. The attached Volkert, Inc. contract is to provide professional engineering services for the Ronald Reagan Segment C (FM 3405- RM 2338/Williams Drive) project as part of the LRP has been reviewed and approved for Commissioners Court consideration by the Road Bond Team. The maximum amount payable under this contract, without modification, is five-hundred thousand Dollars ($500,000.00).
