Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a new lease agreement between Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Williamson County for a new postage meter in the amount of $60.63 per month, pursuant to Sourcewell (formerly NJPA) Contract #041917-PIT, and authorizing the execution of the lease.
Background
Approval of this new lease agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County District Attorney's Office to replace their outdated machine. The lease agreement is for 60 months at a monthly rate of $60.63 and billed quarterly at $181.89. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed the lease. This expenditure will be charged to line item 01-0100-0440-004216. The Department contact is Grace Frias.
