Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the Bureau of Justice (BJA)-Grant enhancement requirement for a signed Fiscal Agent Memorandum of Understanding between Williamson County and the Williamson County Veterans Treatment Court-BJA Grant #2020-VC-BX-0093 and DWI Drug Court Program-BJA Grant #2020-MU-BX-0103 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documentation.
Background
Williamson County Specialty Courts were awarded a Bureau of Justice grant for the Veterans Treatment Court and one for the DWI/Drug Court for specialty courts enhancements and were approved and signed in November 2020. The Fiscal Agent Memorandum of Understanding between Williamson County and the Specialty Court is required by BJA for funding.
