Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ T2448 CR 255/ CR 289 (CR254-RR) to Hejl, Lee & Associates, Inc for Engineering Services and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The Purchasing Department solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Engineering Services. Twenty-six (26) firms participated of which eighteen (18) firms submitted responses. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee. The attached Hejl, Lee & Associates, Inc contract is to provide professional engineering design and planning services for the CR 255/CR 289 from CR 254 to Ronald Reagan Boulevard project as part of P546 has been reviewed and approved for Commissioners’ Court consideration by the GEC Team. The maximum amount payable under this contract, without modification, is six-hundred thousand Dollars ($600,000.00).
