Background
The software is used to help EMS with the hiring process. The current vendor, Avista was acquired by OnShift, Inc. Avista had been in place since 2010. This updated master subscription agreement updates their terms and conditions. The amount is $12,807.00, funding source: 0100-0540-004210. The purchasing path for this service will be reviewed at the end of this service agreement term. The point of contact is Mike Knipstein.
