Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the Notice of Service Termination for Queuing Software services to NEMO-Q, Inc, and authorizing execution of the notice.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Tax Assessor Collector's Office. Nemo-Q is the current provider of queuing software for the Tax Office. This notice of service termination will terminate the current services at the end of the current fiscal year, September 30th, 2021. Notice of Service Termination is attached. The Tax Office is currently working with Purchasing on the issuance of a new Request for Proposals and welcomes NEMO-Q to submit a proposal for the upcoming fiscal year.
