Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying Purchase Order #177330 for emergency towing services provided by S.A.S. Truck & Trailer, LLC in the amount of $9,922.50 and exempting this purchase from the competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024.(a)(2).

Background

This wrecker was called to the scene of an accident, and is not our normal heavy truck wrecker service. Per direction from the Auditor's Office this will be paid out of Road and Bridge Funding Source: 01.0200.0210.004541: Vehicle Maint & Repairs.
