Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstance and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenues for the Road and Bridge fund.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received for a total loss on a Road & Bridge tractor. The insurance proceeds are being used to offset the replacement cost of the damaged tractor.
