Background
| Halff Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the contract cap by $100,000.00 from the original amount of $1,500,000.00 to $1,600,000.00. This increase will allow for the execution of Supplemental #2 to Work Authorization #1 which authorizes the development of additional preliminary alignments in response to stakeholder concerns and additional individual parcel exhibits for property owner meetings, and the preparation of two additional schematic concepts for the I-35 area of the corridor and prepare a schematic of the full directional interchange at IH35. |
