Background
The Purchasing Department solicited sealed proposals for RFP T3711 Wilco Jail Lock Repairs, Preventative Maintenance and Install Services. Four (4) suppliers participated in the solicitation of which two (2) submitted a proposal. After extensive in-depth evaluation, the Williamson County Facilities department is recommending awarding to Willo Products Company in the amount of $193,932.90 resulting from negotiations and submittal of best and final offer. Agreement term is for two (2) years with four (4) optional twelve (12) month renewals. Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Jail. The department point of contact is Shantil Moore. Funding source is 01.0100.1008.4510 for FY21.
