Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratification of agreement between Williamson County and Austin Montgomery d/b/a The Roof Co. to provide roof repair services at the Williamson County Expo in the not-to-exceed amount of $454,306.76 per the TIPS Co-Op Contract #210205.
Background
This service will provide the roof restoration and remodel of the Williamson County Expo Center located at 5350 Bill Pickett Trail, Taylor, Texas. Scope will include removing existing roof material and replace as per plans and specifications provided by the assessment report and conceptual repair recommendations. Estimated contract amount is $454,306.76. Department point of contact will be Dale Butler. Funding source 01.0100.0409.004987 (Winter Storm Funds) for FY21. This agreement was signed by Judge Gravell prior to court approval due to this being time critical.
