Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on FY22 Transformative Justice Program Grant Resolution.

Williamson County Juvenile Services is requesting approval of the Transformative Justice Program Grant Resolution.  This will be the third year of the grant, which is funded through the Texas Indigent Defense Commission.  Due to the county receiving a first year extension, this resolution covers the final 8 months (October 2021-May 2022) for the 3rd year of the grant and the first 4 months (June 2022-September 2022) for the 4th year of the grant.  The grant doe require a cash match of 60% for the 3rd year and 80% for the 4th year.  The total cash match for FY22 is $250,607 and will budgeted accordingly.
