Constable Jeff Anderson is appointing Mark D. Johnson and Rodney K. Blackmon to the open positions of Deputy Constable in the Precinct 2 Constable's Office. Mark D. Johnson is a license Texas peace officer with over 13 years of law enforcement experience. Mark, his wife and family are residents of Williamson County. Rodney K. Blackmon is a licensed Texas peace officer with 30 years of law enforcement experience. Rodney and his wife are residents of Williamson County.
