This project is to replace existing 19 feet tall hinge wall that divides the existing gym into two secured areas at the Juvenile Justice Center. Work includes installation of a new pass-through lockable door, all labor, materials, drywall work, and demolition and installation of a new hinged foldable partition wall. The quotation includes a detailed scope of work in the not-to-exceed amount of $89,990.51. The point of contact is Angel Gomez and Funding Source is 01.0100.1045.4509, approved for FY2021. There is not signature required on the quote, the signature on the service agreement covers both documents.
