The County Sheriff is requesting a policy exception for transfer of dollars from overtime (1110) to part-time salaries (1101). The requested and approved amount for FY21 was 20 hours per week or 1,040 hours per year at a rate of $13.467/hour with the option to give 2% additional as awarded in Commissioner's Court. However, the employee was authorized and has been working 29 hours per week. As a result, additional funding in the amount of $6,970.00 is required for this position to continue to work 29 hours per week.
