Background
PaveTex Engineering, LLC has been acquired by Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC effective as of April 1, 2021. The Consent to Contract Assignment will complete the transition process by transferring the 3412 On Call Materials Testing & Geotechnical Engineering Services Contract executed April 23, 2020 from PaveTex to Atlas.
