Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding termination of Master Service Agreement with Winston Financial Services, Inc. for Hosted Solution Service - Web Based Benefit Enrollment System, on behalf of Williamson County Human Resources Department and authorize County Judge to sign letter providing 60-day notice of termination, effective January 4, 2022.

Background

A solicitation was issued and awarded to a new vendor. This termination notice of a Master Service Agreement with the incumbent firm Winston Financial Services which is utilized by Williamson County Human Resources Department is necessary as it is required per contract terms.
