Background
Purchasing solicited bids for McNeil Road Milling, Sealing and Overlay. One hundred forty-three (143) suppliers were invited to bid of which three (3) suppliers viewed the bid documents and two (2) responded. Texas Materials Group, Inc. was one of the two responsive bidders and Road and Bridge determined to award to Texas Materials Group, Inc. as the lowest bidder in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,123,782.03.
