Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on utilizing Vaughan Construction for Historic Courthouse Door Renovations utilizing Choice Partners cooperative contract 15/041JN-16 in the not-to-exceed amount of $168,350.00 and authorize the execution of the agreement.

The work involved is to repair or rebuild historic doors; clean, repair, rebuild, or replace historic hinges, latches, and other hardware; reconfigure and/or relocate electronic security features to facilitate proper door closure and latching for security and reduce wear-and-tear on the (4) sets of entry doors on the main level of the historic Williamson County Courthouse. The funding source 100.1000.004509 and the department point of contact Dwayne Gossett, approved for FY21 budget.
