Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Williamson County and CI Technologies, Inc. for IAPro software for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $38,000.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

The approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.  IAPro supports a wide range of operational functions for patrol, command and supervisory staff.  The attached proposal outlines the software functionality and additional details of this purchase.  The cost of the initial purchase is $38,000.00 with an annual maintenance option of $8,250.00 after the initial year.  Annual maintenance is provided on a year-to-year basis and can be discontinued at any time.  Annual maintenance costs may increase 2% every other year.  The license agreement attached covers the cost of the licenses only.  The proposal covers the total amount of the purchase.  Competitive quotes were obtained.  The Department point of contact is Lieutenant Michael Klier.  The expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0560.005741.
