Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with Engineered Exteriors, LLC for the Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 (JP4) Hutto Building Façade Assessment in the amount of $6,900.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement. 

The existing JP4 building in Taylor is structurally failing.  In order to provide a temporary space for JP4, The Facilities Department started the design for a temporary interior finish-out of an unoccupied County building in Hutto.  But, during the design process the facilities staff discovered significant water intrusion and other issues that may jeopardize the health of the Hutto building occupants and the County’s investment in the building. Due to the time critical nature of getting JP4 up and running again, Engineered Exteriors, LLC was selected to assist with the issues due to their specific technical knowledge and experience with forensic building assessments, cost estimating and reporting.
