Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a mutual Agreement to Terminate First Amended and Restated Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services for Small Project Architectural Services between Williamson County and Steinbomer & Associates, Architect, Inc.

Background

Williamson County executed the First Amended and Restated Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services with Steinbomer & Associates, Architect, Inc. on November 24, 2020, to provide services at the Williamson County Justice Center (P515).  On July 20, 2021, both parties agreed to mutually terminate said Agreement as well as Work Authorization 5 for the same project.
