Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on purchasing thirteen (13) Pin Pads (credit card readers) and three (3) Stands through ActiveNet for the Parks Department for a one-time fee of $4,255.00 and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Parks Department is transitioning their reservation software from MaxGalaxy to ActiveNet. The Parks Department was required to upgrade the existing software to ActiveNet after the current platform was acquired earlier this year. On March 30, 2021, the Commissioners Court approved a county addendum for the data-conversion and upgrade for the ActiveNet Software. With this conversion it is also necessary to upgrade the Pin Pads (credit card readers) to ensure functionality with the ActiveNet software. Russell Fishbeck is the Point of Contact. Funding Source: 01.100.0510.003010 FY 2021.
