P#: P459
Background
The permit application requests the approval of data recovery excavation to mitigate adverse impacts within the highway construction area for the archeological site 41WM1398. No excavations will take place until a permit is received from the THC. Portions of the attached mitigation plan have been redacted prior to placing on the court agenda, to protect restricted information; however, the redacted information will be included in the application to the THC.
