Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on additional funding for County Courts at Law #2 and #3 for salary alignments/retention dollars.
Background
The request is for retention dollars for PCN 0701 in County Court at Law #2 and PCN 0705 with County Court at Law #3. Retention dollars could be added to the salaries for FY22 or, if there is support to visit it this fiscal year, I can place an item and public hearing back on the agenda for August 17. The request is being made on behalf of Judge Barker and Judge Arnold due to a recent policy change in December 2020 regarding Court Administrators.
